Due to my issues with breastfeeding, I was only able to do it for 4 and a half months.
Because I knew how important breastfeeding is for a baby's immunity, I made it a priority to choose foods that will compensate for it.
But ever since I started my little one on solids, I've been surprised over and over. Foods I thought he'd love, he despised. Meanwhile, those that I expected to take him weeks to get on board with (looking at you, broccoli) he adored.
That made me incredibly interested in learning how to introduce healthy food in a way my baby will love it.
Which is what this website is all about!
